We offer a 15-day satisfaction window on new subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with the platform during your first 15 days, contact us for a refund of unused access.
Longtime Solutions LLC is committed to providing a high-quality research and analytics platform. We understand that circumstances change, and we have designed our refund policy to be clear and fair. This policy applies to all subscription plans purchased directly through longtimesolutions.com.
New subscribers may request a full refund within 15 calendar days of their initial subscription purchase if they are not satisfied with the platform. To qualify:
The 15-day window applies to first-time purchases of a given plan tier. It does not apply to plan renewals, plan upgrades, or re-subscriptions after a prior refund has been issued.
For annual subscribers requesting a refund after the 15-day window, we may issue a prorated refund for the remaining unused portion of the subscription term at our discretion. Refund requests after 15 days on annual plans are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
To request a prorated refund on an annual plan, contact us at support@longtimesolutions.com. Include your account email, purchase date, and the reason for your request. We will respond within 3 business days.
Monthly subscriptions that are not cancelled before the renewal date will be charged for the next billing cycle. We do not issue refunds for monthly subscription charges once the billing cycle has begun, except within the 15-day window on the first month.
You may cancel a monthly subscription at any time to prevent future charges. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and does not result in a partial refund for the remaining days.
You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at support@longtimesolutions.com or through your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the platform until the end of your current paid period. No further charges will be made after cancellation is confirmed.
Event registrations are generally non-refundable once confirmed. If Longtime Solutions cancels or significantly reschedules an event, registered attendees will receive a full refund of any separately paid registration fee or a credit toward a future event.
