Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Services shall not exceed the total amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF INACCURACIES. MARKET DATA, RESEARCH REPORTS, AND AI-GENERATED CONTENT ARE PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY AND MAY NOT BE ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR TIMELY.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or any other reason we determine, in our sole discretion, to be appropriate. Upon termination, your access to the Services will cease. Refunds upon termination are governed by our Refund Policy.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration conducted in Florida, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. We will notify active subscribers of material changes via email or platform notice. Continued use of the Services following notice of changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
